Dirt Cups

Dig into your childhood nostalgia and taste the creamy sweetness of afternoons on the playground. Dirt Cups are filled with childhood whimsy and rich cocoa flavors, with crunchy bits of sandwich cookie crumbles. Topped with those colorful, playful gummy worms, Dirt Cups are just plain fun to make and to eat.
Ingredients
1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate-flavored instant pudding mix
2 cups milk, cold
1 (8-ounce) package imitation whipped topping, thawed
15 vanilla cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed and divided
10 worm-shaped chewy fruit snacks, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the pudding mix and the milk together in a large bowl, whisking together for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the imitation whipped topping.
Step 4
Spoon the chocolate mixture into paper or plastic serving cups.
Step 5
Top the pudding with the cookie crumbs.
Step 6
Refrigerate the pudding cups for at least 1 hour.
Step 7
Top with the fruit snacks and serve.
