Praline Squares

A delicious dessert to follow a Mexican food supper!
Yields 3 dozen
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups light brown sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Beat eggs and blend with sugar. Stir in butter and add flour gradually. Add vanilla and pecans. Pour into a greased 8 x 11 pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Cool on rack and cut into squares. You can make them ahead of time as they freeze beautifully.
