Lemon Bars with Hot Fudge Sundaes

Crust Ingredients

1 cup flour
½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar

Crust Instructions

  1. Mix these three ingredients together and apt into un-greased  8 x 8 pan
  2. Bake at 350° for 18 minutes until slightly brown around edges.

Topping Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp four
½ tsp baking powder

Topping Instructions 

  1. Beat 2 eggs a little. Add sugar, lemon juice, flour, baking powder. Pour over crust. 
  2. Bake 20 minutes till just light brown around edges. 
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when removed from oven.
