Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Ball

Ironically this photo is exactly what I’m serving two friends tonight. My cheese ball recipe is probably 20 years old. I’m serving it with Siri Daly’s Cacio e Pepe Potato Chips, from her cookbook Siriously Delicious!
