Sue's Hummus Recipe

2 cups Drained chickpeas, reserve liquid
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Tahini
6 Tbsp. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Chickpea liquid
4 dashes Tabasco
Place all ingredients in food processor with steel blade. Process till coarse. Adjust seasonings.
