Dawn's Wild Rice Recipe

Ingredients
4-6 mushrooms sliced
1 small onion diced in small to medium pieces
1/2 cup wild rice - already cooked in water for 30-40 minutes or until it starts to open
1/2 cup white rice
1/2 to 1 stick of butter
4 cubes beef boullion
Instructions
- Sauté mushrooms and diced onions in melted butter
- Dissolve bouillon in 1 cup of boiling water
- Rinse wild rice after cooking (see instructions above)
- Combine mushrooms, onions, white and wild rice in a baking dish
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour
