Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

Another favorite dressing from our long-time work share, Bev. We definitely recommend using toasted sesame oil in place of some of the olive oil, make sure it is TOASTED sesame oil not plain sesame oil. It is a great dressing for any type of leafy greens salad. We also like to dip raw veggies like radishes and carrot sticks into this dip.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil (I like to use 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup toasted
sesame oil)
1 tbls spicy mustard (I use much more)
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbls honey
Instructions
Shake well and refrigerate
