Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
6 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving vanilla Life Time All in One Shake
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 cup water
4 ice cubes
Instructions
Blend ingredients together until shake reaches your preferred consistency.
Blended Pumpkin Spice "Lean Latte"
Ingredients
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
1 drop vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 cup hot, black coffee
Instructions
Blend ingredients together for a seasonal coffee beverage.
