A Hatch Made In Heaven – Hatch Chile Margarita

Ingredients

8 slices Hatch chile

2 teaspoons Soviia Agave

Juice of half a lime

1 1/4 oz tequila

3/4 oz. triple sec

Soda water to fill

Instructions

Add Hatch chiles, simple syrup and lime juice to a mixing vessel and muddle.  Add tequila and triple sec  and fill with glass.  Shake vigourously.

Rim a glass with Tanjin seasoning.  Add ice and pour strained margarita into the glass.  Garnish with hatch chile slices.
