Once you’ve read up the water requirements of your new houseplant, Check the soil daily to see if your plant needs to be watered. Don’t assume it needs water!

Checking it daily will familiarize you with it’s moisture needs and eventually you will develop a watering routine that becomes second nature. Doing this will allow your plant to thrive in its environment!
