Bacon Wrapped Tater Bombs

Ingredients
1 lb tater tots, room temperature (about 50)
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
13 slices bacon, quartered (cut lengthwise and crosswise)
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wrap each tater tot and cube of cheese with bacon, dredge in brown sugar, pressing to coat.
Place tots seam side down on parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Cook’s Note: Use good quality bacon such as Nueske.
