Zipped-Up Slaw

(Serves 4-6) 

Love this recipe! So simple to just toss together for an easy southern side dish that pairs perfectly with Pulled Pork.

Ingredients

1 cup shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded purple cabbage

2/3 cup shredded carrots

1 cup of spicy fermentable mix (I like Kiss My Cabbage Curdito Red, KimChi, or kraut)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!

  2. Refrigerate any leftovers
