Apple Puffed Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (one stick)
2-3 apples, peeled and thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
3 tsp cinnamon, divided
6 eggs
1-1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp brown sugar
vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place butter in 9X13 pan and put in oven until butter melts.
Add apples to melted butter and sprinkle 2 tsp cinnamon over apples and bake for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, thoroughly combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well mixed.
Pour mixture over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
