Easy Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix butter, sugars, cream, and salt and bring to boil.
- Simmer until sugars are dissolved.
- Whisk in vanilla.
Cook's Note
- Keeps in fridge for a couple weeks.
- Delicious warmed and served over ice cream or many flavors of cake.
