Fresh Strawberry Pie

Crust

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp flour
2/3 cup canola oil mixed with 3 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Pat into 10” pie pan
  3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes

Pie

Ingredients
One package Junket Danish Dessert - follow instructions for Pie Glaze
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Garnish with dollop of freshly whipped cream.
