Flank Steak

Marinade
Ingredients
1/3 cup minced shallot
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dash or two of hot sauce
Instructions
Mix well and pour into zip lock bag
Ingredients
2 lbs flank steak
Instructions
Marinate several hours or overnight in fridge
Grill several minutes on each side for desired doneness
Slice across grain into thin slices
Cook's Note - Enjoy with a fresh tomato and corn salsa
