Flank Steak

Marinade
Ingredients

1/3 cup minced shallot
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dash or two of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix well and pour into zip lock bag

Ingredients

2 lbs flank steak

Instructions

  1. Marinate several hours or overnight in fridge

  2. Grill several minutes on each side for desired doneness

  3. Slice across grain into thin slices

Cook's Note - Enjoy with a fresh tomato and corn salsa
