Curry Bean and Nut Butter Hummus

Ingredients
1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Garbanzo Beans, 50% Less Sodium (drained, rinsed)
3 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Garnish with chopped chives or roasted pecan pieces
Instructions
- In food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 to 60 seconds or until desired texture.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Garnish before serving.
