Summer is finally here, and that means one thing: s’mores. There are so many variations of s’mores lately; the new s’mores Oreo flavor, the s’mores skillet and the s’mores frappuccino. Yahoo even called s’mores the flavor of 2015.

So why not honor the year of the s’mores by trying out some even crazier inventions? We decided to ditch the graham crackers and replace them with cookies, Ritz crackers and cupcakes. 10 out of 10 would recommend the s’mores donut.

Donut S'more

Servings: 1 kickass s'more

Ingredients
1 donut (flavor of your choosing)
1 bar chocolate
2 big marshmallows
1 graham cracker

Instructions

1. Roast marshmallow over the stove or broil in the oven until golden.
2. Cut the donut in half.
3. Crush graham cracker crumbs on the bottom half and layer with chocolate pieces.
4. Sandwich marshmallow between two the two donut halves.

Cupcake S'more

Servings: 1 banging s'more

Ingredients
1 cupcake
1 big marshmallow

Instructions

1. Roast marshmallow over the stove or broil in the oven until golden.
2. Separate the cupcake into the top half and bottom half.
3. Sandwich marshmallow between the two cupcake halves, make sure the frosting side is on the inside of the sandwich.

Fudge Stripes S'more

Servings: 12 if you use the whole box (I'd recommend buying two boxes)

1 package Fudge Stripes cookies
1 chocolate bar
1 bag marshmallows

Instructions

1. Roast marshmallow over the stove or broil in the oven until golden.
2. Sandwich marshmallow between two Fudge Stripes cookies.

Speculoos Cookie S'more

Servings: You're going to want to make a lot of these

Ingredients
1 package Speculoos cookies
1 jar cocoa cookie butter
1 bag marshmallows

Instructions

1. Roast marshmallow over the stove or broil in the oven until golden.
2. Spread a thin layer of cookie butter on the cookies.
3. Sandwich marshmallow between two Speculoos cookies.

Ritz S'more

1 package Ritz crackers
1 chocolate bar
1 bag marshmallows
