Spiced Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
2 ½ Cups sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon
3 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Cayenne
2 Large egg whites
1 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, chili powder and cayenne.
- Beat together egg whites and water then add 5 cups pecans to egg whites.
- Stir in seasoning mix.
- Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 20 – 30 min.
