Pimp Your Ramen

Ingredients

Packaged Ramen

Possible toppings:

  • Frozen or canned corn

  • Soft boil/hard boiled eggs

  • Sliced scallions

  • Cooked chicken, shrimp, pork (char su), pork belly

  • Tofu

  • Edamame

  • Nori (sea weed)

  • Kimchi

  • Bok choy

  • Crispy garlic/shallot

  • Spinach

  • Garlic/Chili oil

  • Furikake (Japanese seasoning)

  • Fish Cake

  • Pickled Ginger

  • Toasted sesame seeds

  • Spinach

Instructions

Prepare ramen according to package directions.  Top with desired toppings and serve.
