Caviar Pie

Ingredients

2 green onions, including tops

6 hard-cooked eggs, mashed

2 tsp Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce to taste

1/2 tsp dill weed

Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Mayonnaise

Sour cream

1 (1.75 to 2 oz) jar caviar (blacked, golden or a combination), drained

Instructions

Chop onions, keeping white and green parts separate. Combine eggs, white chopped onions, mustard, and seasonings with enough mayonnaise to moisten. Place in serving dish. Spread liberally with sour cream: top with caviar. Sprinkle with green chopped onions. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced rye bread.
