Candy Cane Shake

Ingredients

8 oz. unsweetened coconut milk

1 serving vanilla Life Time Protein Powder

1/2 frozen banana

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp. of peppermint or mint extract

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

3 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
