Creamy Leek - Sweet Pea Mash

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup leeks, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cup sweet peas, thawed
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup cream or half and half
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in sauce pan, add leeks and saute about 3 minutes over high heat
Add peas, broth, and wine and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and stir occasionally for 5 minutes
Transfer to a blender and puree with cream
Season to taste and serve warm
