White Castle Holiday Stuffing

You don’t have to be a White Castle lover to enjoy this. Try it, you’ll like it.

Ingredients

10 White Castle hamburgers, pickles removed

1 1/2 cups diced celery

1 1/4 tsp ground thyme

1 1/2 tsp ground sage

3/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper

1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Tear hamburgers and buns into pieces. In a large bowl, combine with celery and seasonings, then toss. Add chicken broth and toss well.

  2. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting. About 9 cups is enough for 10-12 pound turkey.
