As you pass through the 18 Oaks bar, you might glean a peek at a couple of oak barrels positioned behind the bar. In these barrels, where the contents are aged for at least two weeks, are 1835 Whiskey and Clyde Mays Bourbon. Michael Hartman, 18 Oaks lead bartender created these hand-crafted signature cocktails with a focus on these barrel-aged bourbons.
