Bob's Pimento Cheese & Bacon Pizza

This pizza is quick and easily prepared!

Heat oven to 425°

Ingredients

Trader Joes Pizza dough or any thin crust

11 oz prepared pimento cheese

1 small Poblano pepper or kick it up a notch with a Jalapeno

6 slices crispy bacon

2 cups baby arugula

Instructions

**If using a Trader Joes crust cook it first for 4 minutes till it’s a bit more firm before adding the ingredients. It also makes it easier to transfer back to the oven.

  1. Stir chopped pepper into cheese

  2. Spread on the crust

  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then slice bacon and place over the pizza

  4. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes to melt cheese and cook crust

  5. Remove pizza from oven and let cool a few minutes before adding arrugula

Serve and enjoy this very great combo!
