1-Pot Campfire Breakfast

Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
2 cups cheese (I like sharp cheddar)
½ lb. turkey sausage
2 potatoes
4 cups spinach
Instructions
- Before leaving for camping, grate potatoes into hash browns and brown turkey sausage in a pan
- Once the turkey sausage is cooked, add it to a large pot with the rest of the ingredients (eggs, cheese, hash browns, and spinach)
- Cover, and place in the cooler with ice
- Once you get to the campsite, cook over the stove for a hearty, filling breakfast.
