Nashville Hot Chicken Spice Rub

Ingredients
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground mustard optional
Instructions
- This rub can be used on beef and if you're up for the kick, fish as well.
