Highway Trail Mix

Memorial Day is approaching fast and if you're like me, you need a road snack that is easy to make and NOT MESSY to eat. No matter the ages of your kids or adults, this snack has a proven track record of success in my family. Just mix it up and hit the road. 

Happy Memorial Day!

Ingredients
1 cup cashews, salted and roasted
1 cup almonds, salted and roasted
1/2 cup Pepitos, salted and roasted
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced
1 cup dried apple chips, broken into medium pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix and enjoy on the road!
