ZA’ATAR POPCORN
Za’atar is the most popular spice mixture in Lebanese cuisine. The exact spices vary, but usually includes a mix of basil thyme, oregano, sesame seeds, and sumac.
Ingredients
1 – 3.5 oz. bag of popped popcorn
1 1/2 Tbsp za’atar
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- Transfer the freshly popped popcorn to a larger ziplock bag, then add the spice mixture and drizzle the melted coconut oil on top.
- Zip the bag closed and shake until the popcorn is evenly coated with spices.
