The Watermelon “Shrubarita”

On the beach or on the lake, The Twisted Shrub is a Minnesota company helping you craft fun cocktails. I like to add some watermelon puree, for an extra summertime taste.
Ingredients
1 oz Twisted Shrub Strawberry Lime shrub
2 oz watermelon puree
1.5 oz tequila of choice
1 oz soda water
Lime wedge, garnish
Instructions
- Cube watermelon and throw into blender until pureed. Store extra in ice cube trays for later use.
- Combine shrub, watermelon puree, and tequila in a shaker with lots of crushed ice. Shake, pour in a glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with lime and or watermelon wedge. Enjoy!
