The Watermelon “Shrubarita”

On the beach or on the lake, The Twisted Shrub is a Minnesota company helping you craft fun cocktails. I like to add some watermelon puree, for an extra summertime taste.

Ingredients
1 oz Twisted Shrub Strawberry Lime shrub
2 oz watermelon puree
1.5 oz tequila of choice
1 oz soda water
Lime wedge, garnish

Instructions

  1. Cube watermelon and throw into blender until pureed. Store extra in ice cube trays for later use.
  2. Combine shrub, watermelon puree, and tequila in a shaker with lots of crushed ice. Shake, pour in a glass and top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with lime and or watermelon wedge. Enjoy!
