Peaches & Pineapple on the Grill

Grilled pineapple
 
Take slices of fresh pineapple and lightly oil each side. Place on grill and brown one side and flip to other. Brush upper side with the reserved ancho chili liquid mixed with 1 Tbsp brown sugar. When other side is nicely browned...remove and serve.
 
Grilled peaches
 
Wash and lightly rub skin to remove fuzz. Cut in half and remove pit. Rub all surfaces with olive oil. Put cut side down on the grill first. Flip when grill marks appear. Brush cut side with hot honey and continue to grill until soft about 3 to 4 minutes. (You may add good cinnamon to the hot honey.)
