Sweet Potato Almond Coconut Casserole

Ingredients
2 ½ lbs sweet potatoes, mashed
¾ cup coconut milk
2 tsp lime juice
1 bag Almond Coconut WholeMe clusters
Optional: Marshmallows, toasted almond slivers, shredded coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Process sweet potatoes, coconut milk and lime juice until combined
- Transfer the sweet potato mixture into a casserole dish, top with full bag of Almond Coconut WholeMe and any optional ingredients listed
- Bake until golden, or around 15-20 minutes.
