This Bubbly St-Germain Mint cocktail is the perfect pairing for Mimi Levin's Crepes from France if you’re hosting a special breakfast/brunch; or if you just want to splurge.
Ingredients
Prosecco, chilled
St-Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)
Mint leaves
Instructions
Fill a stemmed glass about halfway with chilled Prosecco
Top with 1 ounce St-Germain
Garnish with mint leaves
