Hydration Station Pops
by Christina Meyer-Jax, Tastemaker in Residence
This concept is super customizable and is meant to up your fruit intake, but it can also be used specifically for rehydrating and electrolyte replacement post exercise/sports. For more popsicle and hydration recipes check out Fruit up to Cool Down.

Ingredient options
Sliced fruit of choice (bring on the color)
Squeeze citrus juice (I like grapefruit, my kids like lemon with honey)
Coconut water (optional, but a great naturally low sugar hydrator)
A couple dashes of salt (optional if wanting to make it like an electrolyte sports drink)
Instructions
- Add your desired ingredients to popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 2-4 hours. Yummo!
