Crostini Gorgonzola & Figs

Ingredients
Crostini
Gorgonzola cheese
Figs
Baby arugula leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and ground pepper
Instructions
- Prepare crostini: cut baguette on a diagonal, 1/4 inch thick arrange slices on baking sheet and drizzle with 2 Tbsp olive oil; broil, turning once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side
- Spread gorgonzola on each Crostini
- Top with a few slices of fig and some arugula
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Serve at once
