Spiced Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
2 ½ Cups sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon
3 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Cayenne
2 Large egg whites
1 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cinnamon, chili powder and cayenne.
  2. Beat together egg whites and water then add 5 cups pecans to egg whites.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix.
  4. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 20 – 30 min.
