Find St. Pops' popsicle cart in between the Guthrie Theater and 2nd St. every Saturday through early September. St. Pops uses fresh, local ingredients with a focus on organic for their unique ice pops, including flavors like strawberry balsamic, rhubarb elderflower, horchata and coffee--which we're looking forward to the most tomorrow morning!
