Sue Zelickson recalls when a famous cookie icon came to Minneapolis and baked some of his delights in her very own oven. But her greatest cookie love began many years ago with Cookie Cart and Sister Jean Thuerauf. Cookie Cart still provides teens 15 to 18 years old with lasting and meaningful work, life and leadership skills all through their experience and training in urban nonprofit bakeries.
