Heirloom dry beans, heritage flour, and pasta to stock your pantry for winter
Locally raised chicken, pork, beef, and lamb for the freezer
Cold weather sheep’s wool and alpaca products from our featured artists
Winter Farmers Market
Our winter market will be a combination of open air outdoor shopping and shopping inside the Museum. Preorder your groceries online, order a winter CSA or shop traditional walk-up sales from 30+ farmers &makers on select Saturdays November - April.
Maple Squash Soup with Coconut & Apple Cider
This soup features a unique and delicious combination of coconut milk, apple cider, maple syrup, and squash. It freezes nicely, so you can easily double it. Long neck butternut squash like the ones pictured here from Nistler Farm are thin-skinned, easy to cut, and have few seeds to help you get the most out of your squash!
Help us ensure a healthy environment for everyone.
The State of Minnesota considers farmers markets essential grocery providers, and we plan to remain open to serve our community every Saturday, May through October unless otherwise directed by officials. Farmers markets are a vital part of our food system and are essential to our farmers.
