Ingredients

Hardgoods:

15” Low-profile dish

2 blocks instant oasis foam

1 Basketball

8 Mini Basketballs

8 6” pieces of wire

1 yard black/white striped (referee) ribbon

5 wood picks with wire

Anchor Tape

10 stems Leatherleaf Fern

3 stems Purple Statice

4 Standard Carnations

4 Mini Carnations

Instructions

Step 1:

Soak your Oasis in water and place them in your 15” container. Tape them into place with anchor tape. Place the Basketball on top. Cut and insert the leatherleaf fern and salal so that most of the foam is covered.

Step 2:

Cut and insert 2 carnations on either side of the basketball at staggered lengths. Cut and insert the mini carnations into the oasis all around. Next, cut and insert the purple statice throughout your design as an accent.

Step 3:

Use 8 6” pieces of wire to create a stem for each mini basketball. Insert the mini basketballs. Lastly, attach the wooden picks to the ribbon with the wire at equal lengths. Insert each wooden pick around the arrangement as you lay the ribbon in place.
