Siri Daly Q&A=Fridge & Ethnic Cuisine Favs
by Cindi Sutter, Chief Communicator & Editor of Spirited Table®
Welcome to week two of my Q&A from Time Inc. Books, Siriously Delicious written by Siri Daly. Her recently released cookbook renews my passion for some recipes that feed a family quickly and some that take a bit more time to simmer…but so worth it.
Cindi Sutter’s Third Question = What is always in your fridge?
Siri Daly’s Answer = European-style butter, for baking (obviously). Assorted cheeses. Half & Half for coffee. Eggs for breakfast. Basically my fridge is the dairy aisle.
Cindi Sutter’s Fourth Question = What is your favorite ethnic cuisine and why?
Siri Daly’s Answer = Ooo, this is a tough one. Probably Mexican. I lived in California for 10 years and the Mexican cuisine there is so authentic and flavorful. Now that I'm on the east coast - in the land of Chicken Parm and bagels - I miss Mexican and often cook with those flavor profiles at home.
