Today it's my great pleasure to highlight Laura and Adam with Loon Organics; they have been dedicated Tastemakers in Residence for our Spirited Table® team, since our inception! Or join the Mill City Farmers Market’s Tuesday Night Market at east block of The Commons park. It is Minneapolis' new trusted source for local, sustainable and organic groceries, bringing fresh food, cooking education and live music to one beautiful place. The LOON ORGANICS mission is TO NOURISH MIND, BODY, AND SOIL. Loon is a 40-acre certified organic farm located 60 minutes west of Minneapolis, MN, co-owned and operated by Laura Frerichs and Adam Cullip and their 4-year old son, Eli. Laura and Adam have been successfully farming for the past 12 years, with beginnings at the Gardens of Eagan Incubator Farm in 2005, purchasing farm land in 2008, and establishing a passionate and devoted 200-member CSA over the past ten years.
