I moved to Minnesota in 1986. It was about 6 years after Leeann Chin began her highly successful restaurants. I never met this amazing mom, chef and restaurant owner, but I’m lucky enough to know both of her daughters and proud to call each of them Tastemakers in Residence for our Spirited Table®. 

Katie Chin has just launched her newest cookbook; Everyday Chinese Cookbook - 101 Delicious Recipes from My Mother’s Kitchen.
