Welcome Laura Frerichs, New Tastemaker in Residence

Last summer I began a journey with organic food I wish I'd started much, much sooner; Community Supported Agriculture. Better know as a CSA box. A box full of organic fruits and vegetables enters our home with a crop of yummies from Loon Organics. Every other week, May-October (after all this is Minnesota) we munch and crunch on new treats and old favorites. 

The Loon story centers around Laura Frerichs and her husband Adam Cullip; co-owners and operators of Loon Organics, a 40-acre certified organic vegetable farm in Hutchinson, MN. And their favorite assistant, their 3-year old son, Eli.

Laura will bring us recipes, stories from the farm and tips and tricks every week!
