So the man in your life has a birthday and an exuberant celebration is not his style. 

Or maybe a face to face connection with his tribe is the perfect pairing for a new job celebration or he just needs an evening break. 

This is a table experience you can create yourself. Make a reservation at his favorite restaurant or if he is a griller, buy all the food. Then in a quiet corner of your home, set up a tray with the liquid dessert. 

My cocktails by design include a wonderful Venezuelan Rum, a dessert wine and a bottle of Port. Supply the chairs, glasses and a conversational touch like this old wooden putter. 

Create his version of a colorful evening with the guys. Then disappear. It will be a night he and his friends won’t forget.
