Gray Whale Gin is a consciously crafted gin with a gluten-free corn base that allows the gin's botanicals to shine. All of the botanicals are hand foraged or organically farmed along the migratory path of the Pacific Gray Whale. Not only was the delicious gin inspired by the majestic ocean animal but a percentage of the proceeds benefit Oceana- an organization dedicated to protecting the world's oceans. Tom Collins 

Ingredients

1.5  oz Gray Whale Gin 

2 oz carbonated water 

1 oz lemon juice 

.5 oz simple syrup 

Instructions

In a collins glass (or glass of your choice) filled with ice mix Gray Whale Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Top with carbonated water and garnish with a lemon and/ or a cherry.
