How to Thrive, not just Survive the Holidays tips continue with the waste of Worry. 

The sleep you lose, the stress you place on your body, the wrinkles you add to your face, the crazy crabiness factor you unleash upon your friends and family and yes the waste of the rockin' resources is enough to force you to address your worrying ways. The holidays are as good a time as any, to evaluate the worry damage you might have denied and take immediate action to rid yourself of this pesty habit; and yes, I believe it is a learned behavior.

Then, say a prayer and let go of it, roll it up and throw it over your shoulder, participate in a relaxation class or whatever rids you of the need to worry. If you'd like to share a tip that worked for you, we'd love to hear from you!
