Seize the 'blood moon' moments
by Cindi Sutter, Founder of The Spirited Table®
The night of the lunar eclipse - 'blood moon', I had driven almost 2 hours on top of days cleaning out our garage. I arrived at the Mayo clinic for my annual physical the next day. I raced to dinner to grab my "don't eat after 7 pm meal" at 7:55, ate it quickly, then back to the hotel.
So I wasn't in the mood to try to find the once in a lifetime 'blood moon' and it was dark and late and I hadn't even seen the moon when I was out earlier. Big lazy mistake.
So Tuesday's Tip is seize the moment, as who knows when the next 'blood moon' moments will occur.
My brother-in-law and family took this photo from the Old Mill in Bend, Oregon. Thanks guys!
Also find more lunar eclipse pics and video from around the world. I know what you're thinking, I didn't need to watch it myself; but some things are best experienced live and in living color, as opposed to iPhoto color.
