Grandmothers Favorite Banana Bread

My Grandmother’s Banana Bread will always take me back to summer days in grand Minot, North Dakota.

She made this recipe with or without walnuts (which my three year old self "lovingly" referred to as “seeds”). I found my way into a massive freezer, sliced off a few loaves, and ate them still slightly frozen with a pat of butter.
